Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Items must have all original tags and labels attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging when possible
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Final sale items, personalized items, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to "Order History"
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Click "Return Items" and follow the prompts
  4. Print the prepaid return shipping label
  5. Package the items securely with the return label
  6. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

3. Refund Methods

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
  3. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the original purchase

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at rajwadafaction@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect or damage
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

6. Return Shipping

For returns within India, we may provide prepaid return shipping labels in select cases. Returns from remote locations are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until your return is processed.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've processed it, please check:

  • Your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take additional time)
  • Contact us at refunds@fashion.com if the issue persists

8. Sale Items and Promotions

Items purchased during sales or promotional events are subject to the same return policy, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Some promotional items may be marked as final sale.

9. Gift Returns

Items purchased as gifts can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Gift returns will be refunded as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

To return a gift, please contact customer service with the order number or gift receipt.

10. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it ships. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned following our standard return process.
